Friday Evening – Shabbat of the Heart
Welcome Shabbat with an inspiring, music-infused service led by Todd Herzog. Blending contemporary melodies with timeless liturgy, Todd creates a sacred space where every voice is invited to join in. His warmth and authenticity open hearts, inviting participants into a deeper sense of peace, gratitude, and connection.
Saturday Morning – A Sermon in Song
In place of a traditional sermon, Todd weaves music, story, and spiritual insight into a unique “sermon in song.” Drawing on Jewish text, personal experience, and original compositions, he offers a moving reflection on faith, resilience, and hope—illuminating Torah through melody.
Torah Study – Music as Midrash
Join Todd for an engaging Torah study that explores how music and text interact to reveal new layers of meaning. Participants will discover how melody can open pathways to understanding and deepen their personal relationship with Torah.
Sunday – Music and Community in Action
Todd works with religious school students in a lively and interactive session that brings Jewish values to life through song. The weekend culminates in a community-wide musical celebration, where families and participants of all ages join together to sing, create, and celebrate Jewish life.

Todd Herzog is a Jewish singer-songwriter and spiritual leader whose music bridges the sacred and the contemporary. Currently in rabbinical school at the Academy for Jewish Religion, Todd blends his passion for Jewish spirituality, family, and community into everything he does—helping others find divine connection through music and heart-centered engagement.
